Merchant App's Feature Update ‼
1. Pre Order Feature
LOLOL Food Delivery will launch a new feature which is Pre Order for all merchants. Pictures below are the reference between Instant Order and Pre Order about new coming orders.

Step 2: Click the red button “Close Shop”
Step 3: Select the date and time when you reopen the shop
Step 4: This mean the shop is success temporary closed
3. New Order canceled by system because of merchant didn’t accept new order on time
If the merchant didn’t accept a new order on time (10 minutes), the system will automatically cancel the order (cancel by system). LOLOL will penalise each merchant RM15 per action or temporarily close merchant’s shop for 3 days or both actions will be taken regarding this issue.

2. Temporary Close in merchant app when the shop was closed
If the shop was closed but merchant didn’t set a temporary close in the merchant app, LOLOL will penalise each merchant RM15 per action regarding this issue. Pictures below are the steps for merchants to set temporary close in the merchant app.
